  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #156565

    1 for $10.00; 500 tickets
    3 for $25.00; 900 tickets
    10 for $75.00; 1000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: March 27, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: March 28, 2025 at 12:00:00 p.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Kelson Hall, 330 St Paul Street, Kamloops BC

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://wctlive.rafflenexus.com/winners on March 28, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Western Canada Theatre Company Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Western Canada Theatre Company Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Western Canada Theatre Company Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: ebrown@wctlive.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at ebrown@wctlive.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

For over 40 years, Western Canada Theatre's Stage One Theatre School has been the home for theatre education for young people in our community. These classes build confidence, and teach collaboration and communication skills. There is a space for every child in this fun and engaging program geared towards all skill levels from ages 4 -18!

Stage One runs year-round, with after-school programs, week-long camps, special workshops and even performance opportunities.
